Dr. Mailhot is an Internal Medicine physician with additional training in Public Health/Preventive Medicine and Medical Informatics. After attending medical school at the University of Pittsburgh, he went on to an Internal Medicine Internship, followed by work as a research assistant in the Division of Medical Informatics at Oregon Health and Science University. Feeling called back to clinical medicine, he did a Public Health and Preventive Medicine residency in San Diego, then completed an Internal Medicine Residency in Staten Island.

He has worked since 2007 in a variety of clinical settings, including a large multispecialty group, a geriatric ward in a psychiatric hospital, and a prison infirmary. Most recently,y he served as a primary care internist at Holy Family Catholic Clinic, located outside of Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Mailhot has a passion for caring for the underserved. In his free time, he is active in his local church and enjoys music, hiking, and baking.
