MyCatholicDoctor has moved to a new patient portal system powered by athenaHealth. The patient portal allows you to send secure messages to your clinician, review your health records, pay your account balance and submit intake forms. Both returning and new patients should use the button below and follow the steps to register for a new account:

Looking for the old patient portal? You can use this link to log into the old patient portal system to download medical records, review messages sent or received, and pay outstanding balances. The old system will be retired sometime this year so please use the new patient portal above for all new communications, sending completed intake forms, etc.

The email you register and sign in with should be the same email you used when making an appointment with us. If you need help signing in or registering for the patient portal please send us an email or call us and leave a message. We’ll do our best to help you get signed in as soon as possible.
