Vestibular & Balance Physical Therapy

Vestibular & Balance Physical Therapy appointments are available In-Person at Work, Home, Community, and Office settings as well as via Telehealth.

All Facial Neuromuscular Retraining (FNMR) appointments are via Telehealth except for patients needing an initial post-surgical scar management appointment.

  • Falls resultant from inner ear issues such a Neuritis and BPPV

Dr. Donaldson is a Board-Certified Neurologic Specialist in Physical Therapy. She has a passion for life and faith founded in her relationship with Jesus Christ which has fueled her pioneering spirit to achieve many firsts in places she never dreamed she would be called.
