Trey has a particular interest in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility and recurrent miscarriage utilizing restorative reproductive methods from FEMM and NeoFertility. Outside of practice with MyCatholicDoctor, Trey maintains a full-time practice as an internal medicine nurse practitioner with FMOL Health and is pursuing a PhD in nursing research from the Catholic University of America, with a special research interest in restorative reproductive methods.

Natural family planning should be covered pre-deductible and without co-pay in accordance with the Affordable Care Act, equal to birth control coverage, as long as you see a MyCatholicDoctor medical provider that is in network with your insurance and get a referral to a MyCatholicDoctor NFP instructor. Your insurance plan may also require you to obtain a PCP referral. Unfortunately, many insurance carriers inappropriately apply co-pay and deductible for NFP, and inappropriately deny claims. MyCatholicDoctor is fighting this at many levels. If you are billed a co-pay or deductible, or your claim is denied, please contact your insurance company.
