Teresa Asam Jensen, M.D.

Dr. Jensen sees primarily women and children for holistic primary care, Creighton FertilityCare/NaProtechnology medical consultations and urgent care. Men’s health visits are available in tandem with a spouse’s FertilityCare consultations. Dr. Jensen also has a special
interest in the care of children and adults with developmental disabilities.

Dr. Jensen graduated from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in 2007 and completed her residency in combined internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Illinois in Peoria, IL.

She has practiced primary care in Peoria and Chicago before branching out to practice independently in 2021 with a focus on women’s and children’s health. In 2022, she completed certification as a Creighton FertilityCare Medical Consultant at the Pope St. Paul VI Institute in
Omaha, NE. She also holds a Masters in philosophy from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio, and is an active member of Prime Healthcare Region VII’s ethics committee. Her approach is based on a holistic view of the human person rooted in the Catholic faith. She and her family live outside of Chicago.
