Stephen W Williams DO

I have been practicing medicine in the Valley of Phoenix for over 38 years now, after graduating from medical school in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I am board-certified in Family Medicine and Residency Direction.

I have been a part-time instructor of medicine and communication at the Midwestern School of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ, and a family Medicine Program Director in my past. I have worked in an urgent care and emergency medicine department capacity for much of my career.

I developed an interest in Bioidentical Hormone and thyroid therapy about 20 years ago, after my wife had a hysterectomy. After many years and in-depth coursework, I have enjoyed working as a hormone and thyroid specialist within my busy family practice. I have found this experience to be greatly rewarding personally and popular among my patients.

I have been married 43 years now, and am blessed with 3 grown children, all of whom I am honored to say are college graduates, and continue to actively practice their Catholic faith.
They have graced me with 5 grandchildren, whom I enjoy spending as much time as possible with.

Personally, I am an avid hiker with my wife and children. I have summited the highest peaks in Arizona and California, hiked and camped in Havasupai multiple times, and hiked rim to rim in the Grand Canyon over a dozen times.

I enjoy staying busy in many church offices and activities, and try to attend daily mass with my grandsons as often as possible. I am also a newly ordained Knight in the Order of Malta, and I look forward to the many volunteer services and social activities in the Order.

I am most grateful for my faith, Family, and the gratitude from my many patients.
