About Pamela

Pamela Mongillo is a wife, mother and physical therapist who strives to provide compassionate care to all those who seek it. Since an early age, Pam realized she wanted to pursue a career in which she could help people realize their potential. This was strengthened during her high school years while working as a physical therapy aide at a private practice in her hometown.

Pam graduated from Quinnipiac University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. After graduation, Pam continued her education at Quinnipiac, eventually completing an Advanced Level Physical Therapy degree in 2006. Since 1999, she has worked in a variety of health care settings including skilled nursing, home care, outpatient hospital based and outpatient private practices.

Pam has spent a large part of her career taking specialized courses to advance her knowledge in female pelvic health. She truly enjoys helping women of all ages talk about their conditions, seek appropriate treatment, and understand that there is always something they can do to improve their health and well-being.

Pam resides in southern Connecticut with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time in nature with her family, listening to faith-based podcasts, crocheting, cooking and coffee. She also enjoys being involved in various ministries within her church.
