About

Olivia Funes, MPAS, PA-C is a Physician Assistant working in Women’s Health. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2011. She then went on to attend the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, where she graduated with her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2013. With a special interest in Women’s Health, she returned to her hometown of San Antonio, Texas and has been working to promote the dignity of all women through her work as an OBGYN Physician Assistant.

She is friendly to most methods of Natural Family Planning and enjoys working with women and couples to achieve their fertility goals from regulating cycles, to achieving pregnancy, addressing recurrent miscarriages, routine gynecologic care, and hormone replacement therapy for the perimenopause/menopause transition.

Olivia currently resides in Texas with her husband and four wonderful children.

She is excited to join the mission of MyCatholicDoctor and continue to promote authentic women’s health care.
