In-Network Carriers

New Jersey and Alaska and Delaware Patients: All services are billed to patients using self-pay rates. Insurance billing will become available later in 2025.

Natural family planning should be covered pre-deductible and without co-pay in accordance with the Affordable Care Act, equal to birth control coverage, as long as you see a MyCatholicDoctor medical provider that is in network with your insurance and get a referral to a MyCatholicDoctor NFP instructor. Your insurance plan may also require you to obtain a PCP referral. Unfortunately, many insurance carriers inappropriately apply co-pay and deductible for NFP, and inappropriately deny claims. MyCatholicDoctor is fighting this at many levels. If you are billed a co-pay or deductible, or your claim is denied, please contact your insurance company.
*Alaska: Self Pay Only

**New Jersey: If your insurance plan is listed below, you may utilize your in network benefits. If not, please view our self-pay rates here. This provider does not offer Out of Network Benefits in New Jersey at this time.
