About

Nichole is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience. She is a certified Hormone Coach and a Certified Femm Teacher. She is passionate about promoting cycle tracking and educating women about their bodies as well as natural cycle-syncing tools to help them make informed decisions about their reproductive health. She firmly believes that knowledge is power and takes great joy in sharing evidence-based information that supports women in their wellness journey. She wants to help women become advocates for their bodies and to thrive while living holistically in body, mind, and soul. She wants all women to know that her body has a language that points to the beauty of her femininity- and when you are open to this and embrace your womanhood, you are embracing the fullness of your creation- God’s creation. Not ignoring it or suppressing it, but understanding who you are, body, mind, and spirit.

Services Offered

  • FEMM Introductory Session, where clients begin learning the importance of cycle charting and how to chart their cycles
  • FEMM Expert Session, where clients learn to assess their individual biomarkers and how these signs give information regarding hormonal and overall health
  • FEMM Family Planning Session, where clients learn how their biomarkers indicate the window of fertility each cycle, so that they are knowledgeable regarding their family planning goals
  • FEMM Chart Check Sessions

Self-Pay Discounted Rates are available at this time. Service may be eligible for HSA reimbursement when deemed medically necessary by your PCP
