About Michaila

Michaila Traceski, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in Worcester, MA, and her Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Worcester State University.

Michaila has a special clinical interest in women’s reproductive and hormonal health. She has completed training in the FEMM model, a science-based approach that integrates fertility awareness with restorative medical protocols. Through FEMM, she helps women understand and track their natural cycle biomarkers and uses evidence-based diagnostic tools to identify and treat underlying causes of symptoms such as irregular cycles, PMS, PCOS, infertility concerns, recurrent miscarriage, hormonal imbalance, and abnormal bleeding.

Her approach to women’s health is rooted in a respect for the integrity of the female body and the belief that reproductive function is a sign of health—not a condition to suppress. She is committed to practicing medicine in a way that upholds the dignity of every human life and supports patients in making informed decisions consistent with Catholic moral teaching. She believes that authentic healthcare should seek to restore normal physiology whenever possible and to care for the whole person—body and soul.

In addition to her women’s health focus, Michaila brings experience from urgent care and orthopedic surgical practice, where she developed strong diagnostic skills and procedural expertise. She values careful clinical reasoning, clear communication, and a structured, collaborative approach to patient care.

Michaila lives in Ashby, Massachusetts, with her husband and their growing family. Outside of medicine, she enjoys baking (especially gluten-free sourdough bread), caring for her chickens, tackling DIY home projects, exercising, and organizing.
