I believe suffering can reach into psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions, and the best way to treat any form of suffering is by first acknowledging that these dimensions are all connected. Grace perfects nature, and true mental wellness is part of God’s plan for everyone. Within psychotherapy, I utilize cognitive behavioral and emotion-focused interventions. I am a master’s-level therapist and a Ph.D candidate. I have a special interest in mind-body wellness. I have over 10 years of experience working as a therapist.
