About
Mary Gay is a first-grade teacher at a Catholic elementary school and an aspiring midwife. She is a FEMM-certified fertility educator and Certified doula who looks at the integrated person as it was beautifully and wonderfully made. She believes that with the right support, one can come to understand and appreciate their body and the way it is meant to work. Fertility is an area that affects all aspects of a woman’s life, and it is something every woman should be educated about. Taking a holistic approach to health, she hopes to support women through the journey of better understanding their bodies throughout their reproductive lifespan.

Natural family planning should be covered pre-deductible and without co-pay in accordance with the Affordable Care Act, equal to birth control coverage, as long as you see a MyCatholicDoctor medical provider that is in network with your insurance and get a referral to a MyCatholicDoctor NFP instructor. Your insurance plan may also require you to obtain a PCP referral. Unfortunately, many insurance carriers inappropriately apply co-pay and deductible for NFP, and inappropriately deny claims. MyCatholicDoctor is fighting this at many levels. If you are billed a co-pay or deductible, or your claim is denied, please contact your insurance company.
Self-Pay Discounted Rates are available at this time. Service may be eligible for HSA reimbursement when deemed medically necessary by your PCP.
