Latisha Sternod is the Founder, Clinical Director, and Trauma Consultant at Narrows Counseling and Wellness, a Catholic counseling clinic where adults of all ages—including those in religious vocations—receive compassionate guidance for trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Rooted in her personal journey in the Secular Order of Discalced Carmelites, Latisha combines clinical expertise, corporate experience in industrial/organizational psychology, and a deep, evolving Catholic faith to help clients heal and grow.

Since 2011, she has blended corporate insights, hands-on clinical counseling, and spiritual wisdom to create transformative experiences for her clients. At Narrows Counseling and Wellness, she leads a dedicated team of counselors who share her vision of faith-integrated, trauma-informed care, providing a safe space where patients can explore challenges, build resilience, and align mind, body, and soul. Latisha also mentors therapists and consults on complex trauma cases, ensuring every client receives thoughtful, professional support.
