About

Dr. Burgher is a board-certified family physician. After earning her bachelors degree at Gonzaga University, she discerned a strong call towards the field of medicine during a year volunteering internationally. She earned her medical degree at Georgetown University and completed her residency in Family Medicine in Milwaukie, Oregon.

For the next ten years she provided full scope family medicine and low risk obstetrics at a community health clinic. Her family grew and her faith deepened throughout that time, and she felt an ever-clearer call to align her practice fully to the moral and ethical guidelines of the Church. After pursuing training as a Creighton FertilityCare practitioner and NaPro Technology medical consultant, she spent four years building up faithfully Catholic women’s health services as one of the founding physicians of Holy Family Catholic Clinic outside of Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Burgher is passionate about providing authentic women’s health care based on an appreciation of the goodness of women’s bodies and their fertile cycle. From this foundation, she assists women who experience reproductive health challenges related to their cycle (such as PMS, PCOS, and infertility) by using medicine not to suppress the cycle, but to support or restore its normal function.

She also offers safe, natural, rapidly effective treatment for postpartum depression. For women at risk of miscarriage or other adverse pregnancy outcomes, she offers progesterone monitoring and support through pregnancy. As a FertilityCare Practitioner, she can also provide instruction in the Creighton method of natural family planning.
