About

Social worker and therapist with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, clergy, and religious communities. Educated in Mexico, Spain, and Italy, with academic formation in Philosophy in Rome and Humanities in Salamanca, Spain, I bring a rich interdisciplinary foundation to my clinical work.
After six years in religious life, responding to God’s call, I discerned a vocation to serve as a married counselor, integrating faith, psychology, and relational healing. I am a professed member of the Carmelite Third Order, and I respectfully incorporate spiritual insight for those who desire it.
As a multilingual mental health provider, I have extensive experience working in English and Spanish. My work includes serving veterans, collaborating with diocesan ministries, accompanying clergy and religious, supporting refugees in their native Spanish, and working with former child soldiers from Central and South America.
My approach integrates clinical expertise, cultural sensitivity, trauma-informed care, and spiritual depth—offering a compassionate and structured path toward healing, resilience, and lasting transformation.
