John Kieffer, MD

Dr. John Kieffer is a preventive medicine physician prioritizing medicine that heals and restores whenever possible. He enjoys partnering with patients to make effective plans that lead to long-term health and function. Dr. Kieffer sees adult patients (18+) with acute and chronic conditions. He focuses on integrating conventional allopathic medicine with other approaches such as homeopathy and lifestyle medicine to create a multifaceted and holistic plan for each person.

Dr. Kieffer graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, and completed medical school at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. He accomplished his residency training for Preventive Medicine at Walter Reed Military Medical Center and the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda, Maryland. Subsequently, he has worked as a Preventive Medicine physician in San Antonio, TX at Lackland, Air Force Base and as an International Health Specialist based in Ramstein, Germany. Dr. Kieffer has worked alongside colleagues from around the world, including Central America and Africa.

He is married to his wonderful wife, and they have two children.
