About Jessica

Jessica is a Wife, Mother of Two (Juniper & Callum), and a Health & Wellness Specialist.

Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity & Exercise from Portland State University (2016), and holds advanced certifications as a Master Certified Health Education Specialist(R), Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, and Online/Virtual Coach.

Jessica believes “Health” is different for each person. Together, she will help you evaluate where you are currently, and where they want to be. Through research-based education, motivation interviewing, and SMART Goals, Jessica will help you achieve your personal definition of health, leading to a stronger version of you. She offers services locally and online, and her certifications are recognized in all 50 states. Jessica works with individuals, families, and groups. In her spare time, Jessica loves to do stress relieving crafts, photo collages, garden, visit with friends and their families, and of course, spend as much time as possible with her family.
