Jeffrey Vacek is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, husband, and father of five.

He has worked as a nurse practitioner in primary care since 2014 and in telehealth since 2021. He has worked in a variety of health care settings, including rural health, weight management, and men’s health services.

Jeffrey believes that the best health care is derived from having open and honest communication between the provider and patient. Through dialogue, a holistic plan can be created that focuses not only on maintaining but also improving overall health and wellness.

Throughout the week, Jeffrey teaches religion courses to the middle school students of his local catholic grade school. He enjoys gardening, reading, playing with his children, and (when time allows) sleeping.
