Gabria Cathcart FNP-C, IFMCP

Gabria Cathcart, FNP-C, is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) who graduated from Baylor University and certified in Functional Medicine by the Institute for Functional Medicine. Gabria is a native Texan and has been in the medical field for the last 18 years and more recently, has worked in the Central Texas area. Prior to this, she was practicing medicine in the DFW metroplex.

Gabria is most passionate about Functional/Integrative and Lifestyle medicine and works closely with patients who suffer from thyroid disorders and other autoimmune conditions. She frequently treats gastrointestinal disorders and recognizes the importance of the gut for good health. Her primary focus is walking alongside a patient and showing them how they can achieve their potential and optimal health.

Gabria was introduced to functional medicine through her own health journey. In seeing a functional medicine provider for herself, it opened her eyes to a finely honed approach that helped her begin the healing journey. In walking down the road to functional healing, Gabria is now a certified functional medicine practitioner through the Institute of Functional Medicine so she can give this same skilled approach to her patients.

Gabria can see patients age 18+ but is currently unable to accept patients with Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.

It was so refreshing to find Gabria.
