Gabria Cathcart, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) who graduated from Baylor University, along with certifications in Functional Medicine by the Institute for Functional Medicine and additional training with A4M. Gabria is a native Texan and has been in the medical field for over 20 years.

Gabria provides care that focuses on identifying underlying contributors to health concerns while supporting long-term wellness. Her approach includes thorough evaluation of hormones, thyroid function, and preventive health needs, while emphasizing the powerful role of nutrition, daily habits, and lifestyle factors in achieving sustainable improvement.

Her practice has an emphasis on understanding the root causes of symptoms and optimizing overall health. She works closely with both women and men on hormone balance, thyroid health, and preventive care to incorporate guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices as key components of effective treatment to promote long-term well-being

Gabria can see patients age 25+  but is currently unable to accept patients with Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.

It was so refreshing to find Gabria. We were so happy to find someone that genuinely cared about your health and would spend as much time as necessary to dig into everything to be able to diagnose the issue. She also explained things in detail and kept up on current issues so when you had a question she would give you relevant information.
