About

Dr. Costanzo is a psychiatrist, husband, father, baseball coach, and powerlifter. Dr. Costanzo loves Jesus and loves empowering patients to overcome their mental illness. He believes in a strong focus on therapy, but is also well-versed in complex medication management of psychiatric illness, if needed. Dr. Costanzo provides therapy himself, which is increasingly rare among psychiatrists.

Dr. Costanzo has a particular interest in treating ADHD, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, and psychosis.

He strongly believes you are not your diagnosis and enjoys partnering with you to tailor care to your specific goals.

To avoid a $100 late cancellation or no-show fee, please cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance.  A significant amount of planning, preparation, and expense is invested in reserving space and customizing the schedule for our patients. Late cancellations and no-shows disallow another patient from receiving care.  Your kindness and consideration are greatly appreciated.
