Estela es esposa y madre de dos adolescentes. Ha sido usuaria del Método de la Ovulación Billings desde 1998 y se certificó como instructora en el año 2006. Ha instruido a parejas en las diferentes etapas y circunstancias de la vida reproductiva de la mujer: ciclos regulares, irregulares, lactancia, dejando anticonceptivos hormonales, perimenopausia y baja fertilidad.

Natural family planning should be covered pre-deductible and without co-pay in accordance with the Affordable Care Act, equal to birth control coverage, as long as you see a MyCatholicDoctor medical provider that is in network with your insurance and get a referral to a MyCatholicDoctor NFP instructor. Your insurance plan may also require you to obtain a PCP referral. Unfortunately, many insurance carriers inappropriately apply co-pay and deductible for NFP, and inappropriately deny claims. MyCatholicDoctor is fighting this at many levels. If you are billed a co-pay or deductible, or your claim is denied, please contact your insurance company.
