• Virtual acute care for illnesses and injuries for patients throughout Pennsylvania
• Hybrid virtual/ home visit-based care for patients in the Meadville, PA area for preventative care, chronic disease management, whole-person focused wellness care, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, and non-emergent acute care. Ongoing primary care patients plan on at least one in-person visit per year (more often if needed) with regular check-ins over the virtual platform, according to your needs and preferences. 
• If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room. We are not equipped to care for life-threatening emergencies in this setting. This would include conditions such as chest pain, shortness of breath, head injury, severe headache, and stroke-like symptoms such as difficulty walking, talking, or seeing.
