Dr. Wiggins is a licensed clinical psychologist in Virginia and a dedicated wife and mother of five. She earned her doctorate from Divine Mercy University and expanded her training at Catholic Charities Family Services and the Office of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Arlington. Dr. Wiggins has been trained in an integrated model that combines psychology with Catholic and Christian anthropology and theology.

She has experience working with individuals facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD/scrupulosity, as well as relationship and parenting issues, and autism spectrum disorders. Dr. Wiggins feels honored to accompany her clients on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
