Dr. Boley is a convert from evangelicalism via the Church of England. He is the child of Protestant missionaries and grew up in Mexico, Canada, and Brazil (and lived in Italy and England as an adult). He has graduate degrees in clinical psychology, counselor education/supervision, and medieval English. He is a Lay Dominican, a co-founder of the Aquinas Study Group, an amateur singer, guitarist, and mosaicist. He has a small dog named Feisty.
