Hello, my name is Claire, and I am a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I am currently supervised by Andrea Conner, LMFT (#133757). I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University and my Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Thomas Aquinas College. I have over 8 years of experience working with individuals (including priests and religious) and couples. I have worked at an outpatient addiction treatment facility, helping clients with challenges such as substance use addiction, behavior addiction, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, domestic violence, relationship issues, and codependency. I meet with telehealth clients in private practice and during the school year, with students at Thomas Aquinas College. I have received training in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, and primarily use this model of therapy with my clients.

I offer a calm, caring presence, and am happy to incorporate prayer and spiritual topics into our conversations as much or as little as you like. I will invite you to slow down and explore with curiosity the behaviors and struggles that perhaps overwhelm you at times. As you grow in awareness and acceptance of your thoughts, feelings, and reactions, you will find more clarity and the courage to move toward the goals that may have felt out of reach. I use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to guide our work, helping you listen with compassion to the parts of you that carry wounds and burdens. Together, we will move toward the deep healing and wholeness that Christ offers to each of us.
