Cinthya Fillips is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Lorraine Saldivar, LPC-S, LCDC, and a devoted Christian committed to supporting faithful Catholics in their pursuit of emotional healing and spiritual wholeness. She offers counseling for adults, with a focus on addressing deep-rooted challenges such as childhood wounds, unresolved resentment, relational difficulties, boundary issues, chronic stress, over-scrupulosity, and internal pressure. Her approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques, guided by the Holy Spirit, to fully honor clients’ Catholic faith, aiming towards fostering lasting peace and resilience. Cinthya’s special interests center on accompanying Catholics who quietly bear heavy burdens as they strive to live out their vocations with joy, strength, and freedom in Christ. A former Division 1 volleyball athlete, Director and Researcher, she brings a compassionate understanding of perseverance and achievement to her work. Having moved to the United States alone at 18 and navigated her own seasons of growth, she is deeply dedicated to walking alongside clients as beloved children of God.
