Brigid Tebaldi

Brigid Tebaldi is a wife and mother of five, with a passion for guiding women through their fertility and birth journeys. With a BS in Biology and a minor in Psychology from Allegheny College, an MBA from Williamson College of Business Administration, and certifications as a Billings Method Instructor and Women’s Health Coach from the Integrative Women’s Health Institute, Brigid combines scientific knowledge with a compassionate approach to women’s health. She also has training in lay midwifery and birth-trauma-specific healing.

As a certified Billings Method Instructor, Brigid specializes in helping women understand their natural fertility through the simplicity and effectiveness of the Billings Ovulation Method. She supports women in achieving their family planning goals, whether they are looking to conceive, postpone pregnancy, or simply better understand their bodies. Her approach emphasizes honoring maternal instincts and embracing divine guidance, providing a faith-based perspective on fertility awareness and natural birth.

In addition to her expertise in fertility awareness, Brigid is dedicated to helping mothers heal from birth trauma and reclaim their inner peace. Drawing on her training in birth trauma healing, she supports women in processing difficult birth experiences and fostering resilience. Her holistic coaching style spans from pregnancy through postpartum recovery, encouraging mothers to find strength, peace, and joy in their unique journeys.

When she’s not guiding women on their fertility and birth paths, Brigid enjoys spending time with her family on their farm. She loves watching her children ride bikes, playing with her horses, and losing herself in a good book.
