This course is designed to provide education to expectant mothers on techniques and exercises to maintain strength, stability, & alignment during pregnancy in order to reduce pain & optimize movement!

Maintaining proper nutrition and hydration and the appropriate level of exercise are essential for your health, baby’s health, preparation for delivery (both vaginal & Cesarean section), & an optimal recovery.
