What does the service cost?

MyCatholicDoctor offers the Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg rapid access to 24/7/365 urgent care services with a $0 co-pay (a deductible or co-pay may apply for high-deductible health plans). A deductible, co-pay, or coinsurance may apply for appointment-based primary care and specialty services.

Services rendered to patients in California are rendered by Chuck R. Colas, D.O., P.C. Services to patients in all other state are rendered by My Catholic Doctor, P.L.L.C.
