Tim McNicoll, M.D.

Dr. McNicoll is a Board Certified Family Practice physician with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Geriatrics. He also completed an additional year of Pediatric training. He pursued 13 years of education and training at UCLA and its affiliated hospitals. He later completed a Masters Degree in Bioethics at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

For 36 years, Dr. McNicoll cared for patients in both the outpatient and hospital settings and now practices part-time as a hospitalist as well as providing part-time outpatient care with MyCatholicDoctor.

Dr. McNicoll strives to help patients understand, treat, and manage their diverse problems from both a medical as well as a theological perspective. Illnesses and their medical treatments have become much more complex, often involving multiple specialists, while impacting our physical, psychological and family’s well-being. His goal is to integrate care and education for all three of these areas so that people can live their earthly lives to the fullest in relation to God’s eternal plans.
