Teresa Asam Jensen, M.D.

Dr. Jensen graduated from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in 2007, and completed her residency in combined internal medicine and pediatrics at the University of Illinois in Peoria. She also holds a Masters in philosophy and ethics from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio, and is an active member of a local ethics committee. Her medical practice has focused on providing primary care for infants, children and adults of all ages, especially for children and adults with special healthcare needs, based on a holistic view of the human person rooted in the Catholic faith. She is currently completing her internship as a Creighton FertilityCare Medical Consultant through the St. Paul VI Institute in order to provide ethically sound medical management of women’s health concerns, including cooperative hormone supplementation. She and her family live outside of Chicago.

Dr. Jensen sees patients for virtual care / telehealth through MyCatholicDoctor, and will provide limited home visits for patients and families in the northwest Chicago suburbs.
