Susan M. Robinson, M.S., NBC-HWC

Susan is a wife and mother of three and a health and wellness coach and fertility educator. She coaches patients teenaged through adulthood using a faith-based approach to health and wellness needs including weight management, nutrition/diet, exercise, stress management, disease prevention/management (especially diabetes, heart, cancer and thyroid), and overall wellbeing. Additionally, Susan works with adolescent girls and adult women to understand their bodies and recognize hormonal and other vital signs of health through education, cycle charting, and a better understanding of their biology and monthly cycles.

Susan has a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology/Cardiac Rehab from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison in Health and Physical Education. She is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches, and is a certified FEMM Educator. Susan’s personal health journey combined with her 30+ years of experience in working in education, healthcare and Catholic ministry give her a unique perspective to meet patients where they are at and walk with them in their health and wellness pursuits. Susan has been sought after as a coach because of being adept as a compassionate listener who guides patients through a process of self-discovery which draws out their internal strengths to achieve goals and sustain change.

Susan grew up in the Midwest and now resides with her family in northeast Texas, homeschooling, engaging in Catholic marriage ministry, and enjoying the great outdoors.
