Sally Kurz, M.D.

Dr. Sally Kurz is a board-certified family medicine physician providing telehealth services to patients in Texas and Kansas. Dr. Kurz was born and raised in the small farming community of Wall, Texas. She graduated college from Texas Tech University and completed medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She went on to complete her family medicine residency at Mercy Family Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. She currently resides in Fort Worth, TX with her husband and 3 young children.

She has completed the Creighton Medical Consultant training program through the Pope Paul VI Institute and enjoys providing NaProTechnology services to her patients. She is also familiar with other methods of NFP, such as Marquette and STM.

Dr. Kurz is also board certified in Lifestyle Medicine and has a passion for helping patients prevent or reverse chronic diseases (such as obesity, diabetes, and hypertension) by first optimizing lifestyle, which might include diet, exercise, sleep, and stress management, and then augmenting treatment with medications when necessary.

In addition to lifestyle medicine, NFP, and NaPro consultations, Dr. Kurz is also available for acute or urgent sick visits and general family medicine, including mental health issues such as depression or anxiety. Dr. Kurz also has an interest in treatment of addictions, including treatment of alcohol use disorder and offering assistance with smoking cessation.
