Luke Mayeux, MS, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with specialized experience treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and faith-integrated mental health concerns. He has a strong clinical focus in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic, and attachment-based therapy. Luke is especially passionate about helping clients work through intrusive thoughts, scrupulosity, vocational discernment, and relationship challenges, offering a compassionate and integrative approach that honors both psychological and spiritual dimensions of healing.
Before becoming a counselor, Luke spent four years in seminary formation discerning the priesthood, which gives him a unique and personal understanding of the spiritual, relational, and psychological challenges faced by clergy, seminarians, and lay leaders in ministry. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Saint Joseph Seminary College and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University. He now works with teens, adults, and couples in private practice, providing virtual therapy throughout Texas. Luke also offers Catholic-Christian counseling for those seeking spiritually grounded care, rooted in clarity, courage, and authentic connection.
