About Kelly

Ms. Kelly Maurer holds a Double Board Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Medicine, with a special interest in Addiction Medicine. She treats individuals 13 years and up. As the main communicator with her patients/clients, she offers exclusive services characterized by highly personalized care.
Understanding the significance of evidence-based treatments, she extends appointment times to ensure comprehensive client care for optimal outcomes. Her clients can easily access her via the EMR system.
Ms. Maurer’s journey has been driven by her faith & keeping God at the forefront, she believes when we learn to follow His will all things align in our lives, and it is then we find the “Peace of God which surpasses all understanding. (Philippians 4:5-7).
Her unique ability lies in evaluating individuals both medically and psychiatrically, with a keen focus on addiction when necessary. Her diagnostic approach encompasses the use of psychotropic medication, holistic therapies, and psychotherapy, all within a single visit. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice with over 33 years of medical experience
Driven by a personal connection to psychiatric illness and addiction within her family, she uniquely employs a holistic faith-based approach that integrates functional medicine to address underlying medical causes. She is committed to delving deep into the core issues to achieve a lasting recovery.
Ms. Maurer firmly believes that long-term recovery necessitates addressing underlying traumas. Therefore, she prioritizes peeling away layers to uncover and address deep-seated traumas that may resurface later in life.
Ms. Maurer completed her Graduate Degree at Arizona State University in 2006 and pursued further education in Psychiatric Mental Health at Rocky Mountain University. Holding certification in Suboxone/Buprenorphine therapy for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), she was honored to serve as the State Chair of Arizona for the Addiction Policy Forum in 2018.
