Greg Lang, M.D.

Dr. Lang is a Family Medicine physician with additional fellowship training and experience in obstetrics and women’s health. He sees patients of all ages. Dr. Lang is board certified by both the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Preventive Medicine.

Dr. Lang completed medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and went on to his initial residency in Aerospace Medicine. He subsequently served in the United States Army as a flight surgeon for 8 years. He then completed a second residency in Family Medicine that was followed by a fellowship in Obstetrics.

Prior to retiring from active military service, Dr. Lang was an associate professor of family medicine as a faculty member of a residency program where he primary taught obstetrics and gynecology to new physicians. Dr. Lang still enjoys caring for mothers during pregnancy and delivering their babies in a rural county of western North Carolina.
