Elisabeth Zaragoza is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a special interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, losses, and transitions in their lives. Elisabeth has been trained by David Kessler as a Grief Educator. Elisabeth uses that training and applies it to different losses in one’s life. Elisabeth believes that a client-centered/narrative approach allows you to freely share your experience. You don’t have to continue to feel overwhelmed, and you don’t have to do it alone.
