About Crystal
Crystal Hayes has been a registered dietitian since 2019. Her patients have told her that they are grateful for her trauma-informed care and whole person approach. She seeks any opportunity to translate science to service, which has led her to do a wide variety of work including pioneering research in Lao PDR, enhancing food service for veterans, and supporting patients in Northern California and rural Oregon communities to improve health and well-being.
Qualifications: Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Oregon Health and Science University, Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Seattle Pacific University
