Claire Gilmore is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) with a master’s in clinical nutrition, but her favorite title is mom (to two precious girls).

The Catholic faith inspires her passion for a holistic (“whole person”) nutrition approach that encompasses the whole person: body, mind, and soul. This means using a functional and integrative approach to address not only your nutrition, but do a deep dive into other root lifestyle factors (stress, sleep, mental, and spiritual wellbeing) that are essential for your overall wellness.

She is passionate about nutrition for women’s health and supporting women in eating for optimal hormone health, fertility, and in their journey from pre-conception to postpartum. Claire enjoys dispelling nutrition myths and outdated nutrition guidelines to provide expecting mothers, babies, and mothers-to-be with the most current evidence-based nutrition recommendations for conception, pregnancy, and postpartum.

She specializes in women’s health, and nutrition to support blood sugar regulation, hormone balance, thyroid and, gut health. She is also certified as an integrative oncology patient navigator to provide whole-person care in addressing cancer from a comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle perspective.
