I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in the state of New Hampshire, and I am available for weight loss and/or nutrition counseling in all 50 states.  I completed my bachelors degree at the University of New Hampshire and my post-graduate Dietetic Internship at The University of Massachusetts Amherst. I have been a practicing Clinical Dietitian in a small community hospital since 2016.

I have always had a passion for food and nutrition. Growing up with a largely Italian and Puerto Rican background, food and cooking is an important part of my every day life and overall health, and I want to help make it a nourishing part of your life as well. My nutrition philosophy is focused around creating realistic and maintainable lifestyle changes to help you achieve your nutrition goals. I look forward to working with you!
