About Dr. Fasnacht
Dr. Fasnacht is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. Using a Catholic perspective, she provides primary, acute and chronic health care for patients of all ages in Minnesota and Florida via telehealth. She also has a special interest and enjoys teaching individuals where and how to find nourishing food. Afterwards, she teaches how to properly prepare the food to reverse chronic diseases like autoimmune conditions and gum disease.
She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for 6 years before entering Medical School. Subsequently, she integrates her experience as a nurse, into caring for her patients now as a Family Physician.

Dr. Fasnacht was born and raised in Accra, Ghana in West Africa so she speaks English and Twi fluently. She is married and has a son and a daughter. She loves baking, attending live musicals, art and cultural festivals and state and county fairs. She and her husband experience a lot of joy volunteering at charities and praying for people.
