Ana Schmude, MA

Ana received a master’s degree from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Marriage and Family. In her desire to help married couples learn NFP to embrace the fullness of graces in their sacramental marriage, Ana became a Billings Ovulation Method® (BOM) certified instructor and has taught the method since 2011. Ana guides couples and women to identify their fertile and infertile periods to postpone or achieve pregnancy. She also helps identify any menstrual cycle abnormalities that may indicate health concerns, such as hormonal imbalances or conditions that can prevent a full-term baby.

Ana assists couples, teens, and adult women, regardless of whether their menstrual cycles are regular or irregular, whether breastfeeding a new baby, approaching menopause, or coming off hormonal contraception. She offers BOM courses in both English and Spanish.
