Important Payment Information: For providers who accept insurance, we will bill your insurance if you provide your insurance information when you make an appointment and your insurance is listed under "In-Network Carriers" on the clinician's profile page. Otherwise, we will send you a bill in the mail according to our published rates. Cash-only providers have their appointment fees listed when scheduling. Helpful Information

When you make an appointment, you will be sent a link to your online consultation room. We use ZOOM for our video consultations, and suggest downloading their app for your computer, tablet, or mobile device prior to your visit.

If you are making an appointment for a child or other person in need of assistance, you will need to use the email address of the patient, not your own email. If the person you’re assisting does not have their own email address, and you have a Gmail account, you can use the append (+) feature and it will count as a unique email for the patient portal login.
