Rich is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with 5 years of experience who provides therapy for Catholic adults—including clergy, religious, and lay faithful—seeking healing, clarity, and deeper integration of their emotional and spiritual lives. Many of his clients come with burdens such as anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship wounds, or internal struggles that have impacted their peace, prayer, or sense of purpose.
Rich’s approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in both clinical training and a Catholic understanding of the human person. He integrates evidence-based therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and parts work within a framework that honors the wisdom of the Church, the dignity of each person, and the value of spiritual accompaniment.
Whether someone is discerning a vocation, carrying the weight of ministry, wrestling with boundaries, or feeling spiritually dry or emotionally stuck, therapy with Rich offers a space of restoration and renewal. He works respectfully with each client’s unique faith journey and is attentive to the integration of psychological healing with grace, prayer, and formation.
For Rich, therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about uncovering what’s true, reclaiming one’s God-given identity, and healing in a way that fosters deeper communion with Christ and others. If you’re looking for a space where both faith and personal story are welcome, Rich is honored to walk with you.
