Maria Ordonez, MD

Dr. Ordonez is a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician, wife, and mother of one daughter. She sees patients from birth to old age, doing both primary care and urgent care. Dr. Ordonez is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys seeing patient in both languages. After completing her bachelor’s degree at Florida International University in 2009, Dr. Ordonez graduated from Ross University School Medicine in 2013. She completed her family medicine residency in St. Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago in 2017. Dr. Ordonez has always had a special interest in women’s health and fertility, and is expected to complete her Naprotechnology Medical Consultant training in April 2023. Naprotechnology uses the Creighton Model feritility care system to diagnose and manage a variety of women’s health issues including PMS, miscarriage, infertility, endometriosis, etc. Dr. Ordonez lives in Sunrise, FL with her husband and daugher and in her free time enjoys playing guitar, biking, and spending time family and friends.
