Her practice includes all general physical therapy needs, pediatrics, school based therapies, balance and falls prevention, vertigo, home environmental assessments, caregiver training, and pain. She has certifications in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Functional Nutrition for Chronic Pain Management and enjoys counseling people on health and lifestyle changes to meet their personal goals.
Kelsey graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts in biology and Spanish and a minor in chemistry. From there, she attended the University of Minnesota where she obtained her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy in 2012. In her years of practice, she has gained a wealth of experience treating patients across the country and in various settings including acute care, pediatrics, schools, home health, outpatient based therapies (pediatric through geriatrics), and long term care.
Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, exploring the outdoors, learning, exercising, and traveling. She considers it a blessing to have the trust of patients, their caregivers, and families in their time of need. Kelsey is excited to be a part of MyCatholicDoctor to provide Catholic-based physical therapy services that encompass the mind, body, and spirit.
