Dr. Katrin Bergeron is a family physician, wife, and mother of six children. She provides care for families and individuals through all stages of life and enjoys forming relationships to help individuals navigate health choices and optimize their physical, spiritual, and emotional health. Special areas of interest are women’s health, pediatrics, and integrative health care.
Before attending medical school, she worked in clinical trials for novel antiretrovirals for the treatment of HIV/AIDS at Miriam Hospital in Providence, RI. The mentorship of Dr. Timothy Flanagan inspired her to apply to medical school. She graduated from Brown Medical School after having completed the Dartmouth-Brown training program in 2003. She took a year off from her studies after her first child was born in 2002. She then completed her residency in family medicine at Maine Medical Center in Portland, where she spent an additional year as Chief Resident.
After completing her residency, she worked part-time at a federally qualified health center in New Hampshire while raising and homeschooling her children. For most of her time there, she practiced full-spectrum family medicine, including prenatal care and deliveries. After 19 years, she decided to pursue a practice that allows her to integrate her faith with the practice of medicine.
She provides preventative and treatment focused health care via telehealth as well as home visits in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire.
