About

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado and Missouri. I received my Master’s Degree in Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University in Denver in 2012. I offer in-person sessions at my office location and also provide teletherapy sessions through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video-based system, available throughout Colorado and Missouri.

​With that, I am passionate about helping people grow in their relationships, especially within their families. I am a Narrative and Experiential Therapist. I enjoy incorporating creativity and humor into the therapeutic process. It is my belief that therapy can be enjoyable as well as beneficial. Whether it is in individual, marital, or family therapy,
I strive to help each person become who they were created to be.

I am originally from Oklahoma and have been in Colorado for sixteen years. I have been married for about ten years, and we have three young children. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, playing bass guitar, and spending time with my family
