Dr. Malavet then earned her General Pediatric Certificate from Albert Einstein Medical Center, in Philadelphia, PA ,in 1995. Dr. Malavet was a staff pediatrician for Guthrie Clinic and Guthrie Corning Hospital, from 1995 to 2017. In her tenure at Guthrie Corning Hospital, Dr. Malavet was Chief of Pediatric Services. Dr. Malavet lives in Painted Post, NY, with her Husband of 32 years, and her 2 Children. Dr. Malavet is currently a stay at home Mom, homeschooling her two 12 years old. She is active in her Parish, helping with faith formation classes, and teaching at the parish homeschool COOP group.
